Neon & Cake Table Birthday Setup

The first of our setups with a neon sign, and the first with somewhere for the cake to go. Three hundred balloons fill a backdrop behind four frill curtains, with a Happy Birthday neon sign at the centre, an age-number foil in your choice of digits and a "Let's Party" foil alongside. A cake table arrangement comes with it, so the cake sits inside the setup instead of on whatever furniture is nearest — which is usually the difference between a photographed birthday and a decorated one. The neon is a real light rather than a foil sign, so the backdrop works after dark and in a room with the curtains drawn. Needs a clear wall, a power point and floor space for the table.
