Haldi & Mehndi Decoration in Noida & Delhi NCR

5 packages · from ₹4,500See 8 more setups →

Traditional haldi and mehendi decoration, from draped fabric backdrops to full fresh-marigold setups with floral arches and bridal seating. Every setup is built and installed at your home, lawn, terrace or banquet venue across Delhi NCR by our own team — prices from ₹4,500, listed on every package. Fabric and craft setups suit long afternoon functions and can be arranged at short notice; fresh-flower setups are ordered for your date and are worth booking early.

Five haldi and mehendi decoration packages, ₹4,500 to ₹16,000, built from fabric, marigold and fresh flowers rather than balloons. Delivered, installed and styled by our team across Delhi NCR.

Fabric, marigold, or fresh flowers

This range divides cleanly into three, and the difference is the material rather than the size.

The two fabric setups are the entry point. Kite & Tassel Mehendi Backdrop at ₹4,500 is yellow, green and red drapes with colourful kite-shaped decor, traditional tassels and toran, dreamcatcher-style hangings and two decorative umbrellas. Marigold & Drapes Haldi Setup at ₹5,000 keeps the yellow and green draping but adds a marigold flower border, lanterns, floral floor decoration and a "Mehendi Lagao" signage board.

Premium Marigold Haldi Setup at ₹11,000 is where the flowers take over: a full marigold backdrop on a traditional bamboo frame, marigold hangings, a decorative urli, lanterns and fresh greenery.

The two largest are fresh-flower setups built around a circular arch:

  • Floral Arch Haldi & Mehendi — ₹14,000, a large circular floral arch, extensive fresh flowers, fairy lights, decorative pots, a floral floor urli and rose petals
  • Bridal Chair Haldi Setup — ₹16,000, the same arch in yellow and white with pink, yellow and green draping, plus a premium bride's seating chair on a decorative base

The chair is the thing worth deciding first

Only the ₹16,000 setup includes seating for the bride. In every other package the backdrop is built and you provide the chair or the seating. For a haldi, where the bride sits through most of the ceremony and almost every photograph is taken of her seated, that is the detail that decides whether the setup looks finished. Decide it before you choose on price.

The second question is fresh flowers versus fabric. Fabric and marigold hold their look all day. Fresh-flower arches — the ₹14,000 and ₹16,000 setups — look their best early and are worth timing towards the ceremony rather than the morning before it. Tell us the ceremony time when you book and we will work back from it.

Indoors, terraces and lawns

These setups go up in banquet halls, on terraces, in society community halls and on lawns. Two things are worth checking before you book: whether the venue allows an outside decorator, and whether there is a height or fixing restriction on the wall or the frame. For an outdoor ceremony, wind is the real constraint on a draped backdrop, not rain.

We cover Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad. For the pre-wedding celebration before the ceremony, see bride to be decoration.
