Seven couple surprise setups, ₹1,499 to ₹4,999 — the room itself decorated with petals, candles, hearts and balloons, rather than a backdrop to stand in front of. Set up at your home, or at a hotel or farmhouse, across Delhi NCR.
The range, from a bed to a cabana
Rose Petal Bed & Ceiling Setup at ₹1,499 is the entry point: 100 balloons, 500g of rose petals, letter tags, and balloon decoration across the wall and ceiling with the bed dressed in petals.
Heart Balloons & Candlelight at ₹1,999 is the candle-led version — 100 red heart balloons, a rose-petal heart design, 20 tea lights and a custom banner that can read Happy Birthday, Love or Anniversary.
Full Room Balloon & Candle Setup at ₹3,499 is the largest of the balloon-led setups: 200 balloons, a full kilo of rose petals, 20 tea lights, heart foils, standees, a custom name tag and an age-number foil, with the whole room and ceiling done.
Starlit Ceiling & Heart Petal Setup at ₹4,499 works upward instead — single balloons hanging from the ceiling, star lighting, a rose-petal heart and foil letter tags.
Two setups build a cabana:
- Cabana Bed Setup with Fairy Lights — ₹3,999, a cabana built on the bed with fairy lights, a LOVE balloon hamper, petals and tea lights
- Cabana Tent & Candle Table Setup — ₹4,999, a cabana tent with a mattress, fairy lights, a decorated centre table and a candle setup
And one is a backdrop rather than a room: Neon Arch & Photo Garland at ₹4,999, with a balloon arch, a Happy Birthday neon sign, an LED age number, a cake table and your own printed photographs clipped along the arch.
Which one suits the evening
If there is a cake and people will photograph it, the ₹4,999 neon arch is the only setup here with a cake table and a backdrop. If the evening is just the two of you, the candle and petal setups do more for the room than a backdrop would.
The two cabana setups need floor space — check the room takes a tent before choosing one. For a much larger version, the standalone cabana date night setup at ₹15,000 includes the tent, furniture, candle stands and an "I Love You" LED.
If you are sending photographs to be clipped along the arch, get them to us before the date so they can be printed.
Candles, and where these get set up
Several setups include real tea light candles. If the room is a hotel or a rented venue, check their policy on open flames before you book — some do not allow them, and it is better to know before the advance than on the night.
Most of these are surprises, which means someone has to let our team in and the room needs to be clear. Agree a ready time with us when you book.
