The step up, and the first with a neon sign and somewhere for the cake. Two hundred and fifty balloons fill the backdrop under a Happy Anniversary neon sign, with an age-number tag, a "Let's Party" and a cheers balloon, and artificial leaves and flowers attached across the arch. A cake table arrangement comes with it. The leaves and flowers are what lift it: they break up a plain balloon wall so it reads as styled rather than inflated, which matters more at an anniversary than at a birthday. The neon is a real light, so the setup works after dark — which is when most anniversary dinners actually happen. Needs a clear wall, a power point and floor space for the table.
