How to Plan the Perfect Birthday Party in Delhi NCR

A birthday is remembered by how the room feels the moment the guests walk in — and in Delhi NCR, a thoughtfully styled setup does more for the photographs and the mood than almost anything else. Whether you are planning a first birthday, a milestone year or a surprise for someone who thinks nothing is happening, this guide covers what actually goes into a birthday decoration at home or at a venue, and what each part of it costs.

Start with the wall, not the balloons

The most common planning mistake is deciding how many balloons you want before deciding where the decoration is going. Balloon count is the thing people compare between quotes, and it is the least important variable in the room.

What matters is the surface. If you have one clear wall, a panel backdrop fills the widest photograph — our Golden Sequin Chrome setup at ₹7,999 is built on a shimmer panel for exactly that reason. If you have a corner rather than a wall, a ring frame works better, because it reads as a deliberate shape instead of a half-covered wall: the Floral Ring at ₹4,499 and the LED Age Ring at ₹6,499 both do this.

A 500-balloon arch in a small flat fills the room and leaves nowhere for guests to stand. A 200-balloon wall in a banquet hall looks lost. Measure the space first, then choose.

What each price actually buys

Birthday decoration in this range runs from ₹1,499 to ₹7,999, and the jumps are not gradual — there are three clear tiers.

Under ₹2,000 the setup is balloons and foil. Classic Balloon Wall at ₹1,499 is 200 metallic balloons in your colours, a Happy Birthday foil banner and two star foils. It makes a cake-cutting corner and does not pretend to do more.

Around ₹3,500 the neon sign appears, and it is the single biggest visual change in the whole range — a lit sign photographs in a way that foil lettering does not. Neon & Cake Table at ₹3,499 brings 300 balloons, four frill curtains, an age-number foil and a styled cake table.

Above ₹5,000 you are paying for structure and light: ring frames, LED numbers, lit alphabet letters and pampas. The Pampas & LED Alphabet setup at ₹6,999 is the one people book when they want the room to look designed rather than decorated.

Kids' birthdays are a different problem

For a child, the character matters more than the scale, and the age number matters more than either. A themed setup in the right character will land better than a larger setup in the wrong one — so ask the child first.

We keep four themed setups as standard: Cocomelon and Boss Baby at ₹4,999, Jungle Safari at ₹2,999 and Princess at ₹2,499. All four are listed under kids theme decoration, and their balloon colours follow the theme rather than being free choice, so a Cocomelon setup arrives in Cocomelon colours.

If the theme matters less than the room, the standard birthday range is usually the better value for a child's party — Cartoon Character at ₹2,000 carries two character foils and an age number for less than a full themed build.

Milestone birthdays

A 25th, a 30th, a 50th — these want a restrained palette and one large statement, not more of everything. The LED age number is what carries a milestone setup, and it appears in the ₹6,499 ring setup and, as lit alphabet letters, in the ₹6,999 pampas setup.

Black, gold and chrome photograph well under indoor lighting. Every package lists its balloons as colours of your choice, so tell us the palette when you book — and if you are matching a cake or an outfit, send a photograph on WhatsApp and we will work to it.

Surprise setups

Most at-home birthday decoration is done as a surprise, which means three things have to be arranged rather than assumed. Someone has to be able to let our team in. The room has to be clear enough to work in. And there has to be an agreed ready time, because a surprise that is still being built when the guest of honour walks in is not a surprise.

Tell us on WhatsApp if there is anything to be careful about — a shared entrance, a sleeping child, a pet that will make for the open door.

Beyond the backdrop

Not every birthday wants a backdrop. If the surprise is for a partner, the couple surprise range decorates the room itself from ₹1,499 — petals, candles, hearts and ceiling balloons rather than a wall to stand in front of. If it is happening in a car park, car boot surprise setups start at ₹999. And if you want to send something rather than set something up, a balloon bouquet starts at ₹1,500 and arrives ready-made.

Where we set up, and how to book

We deliver, install and style birthday decoration at homes, apartments, farmhouses and banquet venues across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad. The studio is in Sector 37, Noida, so Noida bookings can usually be taken at the shortest notice.

Every price is published on the package page, and there is no separate delivery or installation charge. A 20% advance confirms the date; the balance is paid once the setup is finished and while our team is still there, so you see it before you settle it. The booking policies page sets out the cancellation terms in full.

Browse the full birthday decoration range, or message us on WhatsApp with your date and we will tell you what fits the room.
