Baby Shower Decoration Ideas for the Mum-to-Be in Delhi NCR

A baby shower is one of the few celebrations that belongs entirely to the mum-to-be, and the room should feel as warm as the occasion. Across Delhi NCR we set up baby shower decoration at homes, apartments, society halls and banquet venues. Here is how to plan one, what the setups include, and what each costs.

Choose the palette before the theme

Themes date quickly in photographs; palettes do not. Every package in the baby shower range lists its balloons as colours of your choice, so the palette is the decision that shapes the room — and it is worth making before anything else.

If you are keeping the gender private, or simply do not want the room colour-coded, say so when you book and we will keep to a neutral scheme. Boy or Girl Baby Shower Setup at ₹1,999 is built for exactly this: it includes the boy and the girl version of both the baby foil and the footprint foil, so it announces nothing on its own.

The four setups

At ₹1,999, the Boy or Girl setup is a balloon wall with an "Oh Baby" sign in gold or silver, 200 balloons, ten chrome balloons, a fairy light and two confetti standees. It is sized for a corner of a room and a small group.

Oh Baby Ring & Die Box at ₹3,499 moves to a ring frame with an "Oh Baby" neon sign, 300 balloons, a baby die box filled with balloons and small milk-bottle and baby foils.

Elephant & Umbrella Ring Setup at ₹4,499 keeps the ring and the neon sign, adds an elephant cutout standee and an umbrella font standee, and — importantly — includes an extra 100 balloons specifically for covering the wider area rather than just the frame.

Golden Sequin Baby Shower Setup at ₹6,999 is the largest: a golden sequin panel backdrop, the neon sign, 400 balloons, balloon bunches for area coverage and two teddy bear balloon sets.

Ring frame or sequin panel

The room decides. A sequin panel needs a clear wall and reflects light, so it photographs brightly even in a dim living room. A ring needs a corner and gives a softer, circular frame around whoever is standing in it.

The more useful distinction is area coverage. The ₹4,499 and ₹6,999 setups both include balloons explicitly for filling the space around the backdrop, and that is what stops a large room looking like a decorated corner with emptiness around it. If you are hosting more than a handful of people, that is the line worth crossing.

A comfortable seat matters more than you think

None of the four packages includes seating, and at a baby shower the mum-to-be is seated for most of it. Whatever chair you use will be in nearly every photograph, so it is worth choosing deliberately and placing it before we build — tell us where it is going and we will work the backdrop around it rather than across it.

Baby shower, godh bharai, or the homecoming

Worth separating, because they are three different occasions and two different ranges on this site.

A baby shower or a godh bharai happens before the birth, and that is the range above. The homecoming afterwards is welcome baby decoration, from ₹999 — and it includes something the shower range does not: a car decoration at ₹1,999 for the drive back from the hospital, with a Welcome Baby foil banner, a milk-bottle balloon and 100 balloons. Families often book it alongside a setup at home so the welcome starts before the front door.

At the top of that range, Premium Floral Welcome Baby at ₹12,999 is a full floral build with two backdrop panels, custom lettering, pampas, a teddy bear and a rose-petal pathway.

Dates move, and that is fine

Babies do not keep to schedules, and neither do the events around them. Tell us as soon as a date changes and we will move the setup where the calendar allows. Our standard terms give a full refund on more than 24 hours' notice, and where a refund does not apply the advance can usually be carried to the new date instead — the booking policies page has the detail.

Send the date, the venue and the ready time. A 20% advance confirms the booking; the balance is paid once the setup is finished and our team is still there.
