If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of event, a full refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of event, a 50 percent refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before event, no refund will be issued.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
